Michael Peavey

Founder | Licensed General Contractor

Michael Peavey’s passion for construction began at an early age, learning the trade firsthand by working alongside his father. What started as helping build out the basement of his childhood home quickly grew into assisting with investment properties throughout high school and college. Through those early experiences, Michael discovered not only a love for hands-on construction, but also an appreciation for the creativity, freedom, and problem-solving that each project demanded.


Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in 2009 and continued pursuing real estate investment opportunities. Along the way, he gained valuable experience as a licensed real estate agent, owned and operated a gym franchise, and built lasting relationships within the real estate and construction industries. Each success—and failure—helped shape his well-rounded understanding of renovation, investment, and client service.


In 2020, as the world slowed during the pandemic, Michael made the decision to step away from corporate sales and turn nearly two decades of experience into a full-time construction career. That decision led to the founding of PV Renovation Group.


What began with small deck projects has since grown into one of the leading home remodeling companies in Jackson County, Georgia. In 2024, the company expanded with the launch of PV Signature Homes, a dedicated home-building division. Today, PV Renovation Group and PV Signature Homes operate as a full-service, design-to-build general contractor, delivering a white-glove construction experience from concept to completion.
